Chris Griffin,
President

Chris
established the agency in 1981 and remains the driving force
behind its success. As the agency's president and owner, she
is tireless in her quest to provide the very best in insurance
services, products and service. She works with clients directly
as an Accredited Insurance Advisor, and is also actively involved
in the agency's day-to-day operations. What Chris values most
in her business are the long-term relationships she has established
with clients over the years — and
she continues to build new client relationships every day.
Don Owens, Vice President

As the agency's vice president, Don Owens is also an Accredited Insurance Advisor. Partner and husband of Chris Griffin, Don has been licensed in property, casualty, life, and health insurance for more than 25 years, and works closely with both business owners and individual clients. With a background that includes a degree from James Madison University and an MBA, Don brings a broad understanding of risk management issues and solutions to bear on his clients' behalf.
John Griffin, Operations Manager

John
began working part-time at the agency in 1983 while attending
college. After becoming licensed to sell insurance, John became
a full-time agent with Griffin-Owens in 1986. John's career
later led him to a position as a training manager with a major
insurance company. Eventually, his interests and values led
him back to Griffin-Owens, where he now serves as the agency's
operations manager. In this role, John oversees a dedicated
team of insurance agents, life & health planners, and administrative
staff.
